Full-time, Permanent Our client, a leading membership body based in Milton Keynes is currently recruiting for a Professional Development Officer. The Role of Professional Development Officer We’re seeking a Professional Development Officer report to join our thriving team to help achieve our ambitions to drive the professionalisation and standards. We’ve experienced fantastic growth in the last few years and as we look to the future, we have more ambitions to expand our professional development offering both in the UK and internationally. Responsible for the management and delivery of core aspects of the Institute’s professional development activities, including the qualifications portfolio and extended learning and development programmes. You will build relationships with cross-functional peers, working with our academic partners, assessors, teachers, trainers, members, and stakeholders to ensure the achievement of the organisation’s strategic goals. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Person Specification We’re looking for someone who: Minimum 3 years’ professional development experience Understands and has worked with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Proven experience in stakeholder management with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is creative and comfortable with proposing new ideas Excellent organisation skills - ability to manage workload and differing priorities Is committed to ongoing personal development and growth It would also be desirable if you have knowledge and an understanding of academic qualifications and higher education and/or working with on-demand/e-learning programmes but this is not essential.
