Are you passionate about fostering talent and empowering professionals to reach their full potential? We're seeking a dedicated Professional Development Manager to join this international law firm in London.

In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with the Head of HR and Professional Development team to design and implement comprehensive training and development programs for their partners, counsel, associates, and trainees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and coordinate the delivery of legal and professional development training tailored to the specific needs of partners, counsel, associates, and trainees in the London office.

- Oversee the trainee seat rotation and qualification process, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal learning experience.

- Provide individualised coaching and support to their trainee cohort, guiding them through their professional development journey.

- Collaborate with HR to facilitate the lawyering orientation process for new trainees, associates, and counsel, ensuring a smooth integration into the firm culture.

- Offer career counselling and guidance to associates and counsel, addressing their professional development and practice-related concerns.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of five years of experience in professional development, preferably within the legal industry.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with professionals at all levels.

- Superior written communication skills, with the capacity to develop engaging training materials and resources.

- Proven track record in developing and implementing impactful programs and initiatives to support professional growth and development.
