Production Technician

Production Technician. As a Production Technician, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for performing composite laminating tasks, laying up composite materials, operating equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for precision and quality.

Production Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform composite laminating tasks according to established procedures and specifications.
• Lay-up composite materials, such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, and resin, in precise patterns and layers.
• Operate and maintain equipment, including cutting, shaping, and curing tools.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and work performed.

Production Technician Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Production Technician within an engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and precision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday, permanent days.
