Production Team Leader – FMCG company - Permanent - CALLING ALL PRODUCTION TEAM LEADERS SEEKING FOR FAST CAREER PROGRESSION! 

4 on 4 off Days/Nights 

Salary: £30,000 rising to £38,000 

Location: Telford

We are currently recruiting for a Production Team leader at our client’s supersite in the heart of Telford. Our client is an FMCG giant looking for a Production Team Leader to support on the shop floor operation. As a Production Team Leader you will need to have strong management and leadership skills within the manufacturing sector. Our Client is very well established with sites all over the UK and there is lots of room for career progression in the future into senior management positions. 

Skills required for the Production Team Leader

  • Previous Experience working in the Manufacturing Sectors Ideally FMCG
  • The Production Team Leader should have experience in managing 5+ operators on a daily basis 
  • Experience setting and delivering on KPIs
  • The Production Team leader Must be happy to work a 4 on 4 off Night Shift 
  • Involved with Quality and Packaging
  • Motivated and Driven by Improvements
