Production Team Leader

Berry Recruitment are currently for a Production Team Leader for a Production and Manufacturing client based just outside Attleborough.

The main duties for the role will be to lead the team in achieving all goals and targets, with a key focus on health and safety, product quality, product safety, efficiency and support of team members.

Responsibilities and duties of the role include:

• Directly responsible for completing the production plan and product quality.
• Co-ordinates the supply of materials
• Perform Inventory counts
• Manage staffing levels in accordance to the production plan
• Provide training and support to team members

Working hours are 45 hours per week, working day shift.

However flexibility of up to 60 hours per week will be required during busy periods.

This is a temporary to permanent position.

Starting rate will be £12.20 per hour however after 12 successful weeks, you will receive a permanent contract and the rate will increase to £14.20 per hour.
