Production Support Operator

Production Support Operator, Larkhall, £23,960 per annum

We are looking for people of all backgrounds to join our established Production Team in Larkhall covering various tasks & duties in a Production Support Operator role.

As a Production Support Operator you will be tasked with:

• Providing support to all operational departments
• Operating computerised systems & printers to print and prepare manufacturing job packs & labels containing relevant documentation in the required format
• Stock ordering, stock control and monitoring stock movement
• Booking stock / materials in / out and carrying out stock audits within the manufacturing department
• General administration tasks as well as communicating with colleagues and departments verbally and via email
• Assessing production plan and prioritising tasks based on production demands, targets and deadlines

What you can expect:

• A permanent contract with a starting salary of £23,960
• A rotational shift pattern working Days, Day, Back & Night on a four-weekly rota Monday to Friday - Day Shift 6am till 2pm, Back shift 2pm till 10pm and Night Shift 10pm till 6am

What we're looking for:

• A solid work history and a can-do enthusiastic approach to work
• Experience of working within a fast-paced production environment
• Experience of stock control / stock administration with knowledge of stock control systems
• Ability to thrive in an active, fast paced environment whilst delivering high standards of work
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to accurately log, record and analyse data
• General administration skills
