The company:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company in Rayelighd who are looking for a Production/Manufacturing supervisor to join their team working in a fast-paced environment.

If you are an experienced supervisor/team lead or similar from a manufacturing or production background, then this could be the role for you!

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage a small team overseeing the manufacturing of quality-driven products.
  • Manage team production KPI'S and targets.
  • To improve machine efficiency and identify areas for process improvement.
  • To insure the smooth running of the production environment.
  • Manage staff responsibilities and duties.

This is just a summed-up list of responsibilities and other duties will be required.


Skills and Experience required:

  • Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing/FMCG environment
  • Experience of people management
  • Lean Manufacturing and Contiunous improvment experience
  • Good health and safety practices.
  • Understanding of continuous improvement methodology
