You will play an integral role overseeing the production team, with a focus on continuous improvement, whilst coordinating transport to ensure these products are delivered on schedule to clients sites, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the company continues to be the national leader within industrial glass.

This role would suit a hands on production supervisor who is passionate about coordination and continuous improvement, looking to uphold the company's reputation as a high quality manufacturer.

The Role:

• 1 to 1 training to become a production manager
• Control production ensuring that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to expected quality
• Organise production schedules, monitoring and improving productivity
• Supervising staff and providing effective leadership
• Oversee day-to-day operations and customer deliveries
• Coordinating the transport fleet in terms of distribution and delivery operations including routes and schedules for the branch
• Ensuring a high standard of health and safety and equipment maintenance
