Then the good news is Reed (Food & FMCG) have been briefed to recruit for a Production Supervisor.

This role is for one of the UKs biggest producers of various fresh fruits and vegetables. They operate as ethically as possible, placing huge importance on minimising waste and ensuring the highest quality of produce.

Salary: Up to £33k

Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire

Responsibilities:

Supervising your team with:

  • Harvest
  • Crop maintenance 
  • Hygiene
  • Glasshouse cleaning
  • Re-planting
