Are you a Production Supervisor or similar from a Food / Drinks background looking for an exciting, days-based shift role offering a great work life balance within the global leading producer and supplier of clotted cream who provide opportunities to increase your earnings through overtime and an annual bonus and offer a clear progression structure to management?

The company have grown to become the world leading manufacturer and supplier of Cornish Clotted Cream since their establishment in the 1800s. They supply broad range of dairy products including milk and butter to a client base across the global market. Due to an ever increasing workload they are looking to grow their team.

In this exciting role you will oversee the friendly the production team as you work on the process cycle and influence KPI activity. You will oversee all aspects of the production process and liaise closely with other departments and the senior leadership team as you work Sunday-Tuesday 6am-6pm and every other Wednesday 6am-6pm.

This role would suit a Production Supervisor or similar from a Food / Drinks background looking to work for a world renowned company who offer the opportunity to increase your earnings through overtime and bonuses.

The Role:

• Supervising tight-knit production team
• Ensure KPIs are hit
• Manage and improve all manufacturing processes
• Liaison with Senior Leadership Team
• Site Based role
• Sunday-Tuesday 6am-6pm and every other Wednesday 6am-6pm

The Person:

• Production Supervisor or similar
• Food / Drinks background
• Looking for a shift based role
• Commutable to Redruth
