Adore Recruitment are currently looking for Production Supervisor to work in Northfleet, Kent.

Day shift - Permanent role- Immediate start available

The role will involve training and supporting area team leaders and production staff, attending meetings and liaising with team leaders and managers on daily basis, dealing with production paperwork, ensuring safe use of the facilities and equipment, implementing company policies and procedures, quality checks of the products and ensuring CCP's are adhered to, being first point of contact in designated area of responsibility, manual handling, other general duties. Work will be based in cold storage.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in ready-to-eat environment, preferably with prepared fresh produce, will be Food Safety Level 3 qualified and will have experience of managing team and providing coaching and support.

IOSH and HACCP certifications desired, but not essential.

Available shifts

Sunday to Wednesday 0530 to 1730

or

Wednesday to Saturday 0530 to 1730

Pay rate £14.20ph to £15.07p/h depending on experience.

Potential to earn up to £16.54ph once you have completed Level 1 and Level 2 training.
