Salary: up to £40,000 (DOE)

Shift: Tuesday to Saturday (days)

Hera at Futures we are delighted to be working with a leading and well-established Food | FMCG manufacturing business based in Scotland. 

Due, to an internal restructure the business is looking to enhance their planning team, by appointing an experienced production planner with an in-depth understanding of food | FMCG manufacturing processes.

Reporting into the Senior Planner, a Production Planner will be responsible for ensuring production schedule | plan is on time and running efficiently between departments.

Duties of a Production Planner:

• Monitoring Production performance and update plans where necessarily.
• Creating weekly plans to cover forecasted sales.
• Daily planning and scheduling for multiple production areas
• Compiling reports on progress of work and inventory levels

Successful Production Planner will have:

• Experience working within a fast-paced FMCG | Food Manufacturing setting.
• Good Excel skills
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
• Understanding of supply chain within a manufacturing setting.
