The role of the Production Planner / Scheduler - HVAC Products will involve:

• Production Planner position dealing with a high quality range of manufactured ventilation and cooling systems such as: air handling units, natural ventilation, natural daylight systems, heat recovery units, diffusers, louvres, grills, ancillaries
• Liaise with Design team to schedule jobs and resource materials
• Utilise MRP software to analyse demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory levels to determine material requirements
• Act as the main contact between operations, design and production teams
• Generate and maintain accurate bills of materials (BOM) and production schedules to support material planning activities
• Collaborate with the procurement team to issue and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials

The ideal applicant will be Production Planner / Scheduler - HVAC Products with:

• Must have Planner or Scheduler experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Must be familiar with MRP systems
• Ideally will be proficient with Sage 200, however other similar ERP software’s would be considered
• Must have experience in the manufacturing market sector
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• High levels of organisation and attention to detail
• Stable career track record
• Genuine enthusiasm and ambition to succeed
