Production Operator

PRODUCTION OPERATIVE - Level 1

• £14.64 per hour
• Temp role - ongoing
• 28 days annual leave, increasing to 34 after 12 weeks

Working across a 3 shift pattern, as below (you will work all 3 shifts):

• 24/5 (3 shifts patterns)
• 1 week on Earliesshifts: From Monday to Thursday 6am - 2pm & Friday 6am - 1pm. 40.25hrs (including 15mins. handovers)
• 1 week on Latesshifts: From Monday to Thursday 2pm - 10pm & Friday 1pm - 8pm. 40.25hrs (including 15mins. handovers)
• 1 week on Nights shifts: From Monday to Thursday 10pm - 6am.
  5hrs(Including 15mins. handovers plus extra hours for breaks)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who is well known global company based in Maidenhead and we are looking for experienced Production Operators.

JOB FUNCTION/PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

• Able to follow and understand SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) clearly as well as the ability to carry out Basic Training to Team Members
• Skills base to complete Quality Checks in accordance to the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Maintain the area of work to a high standard of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
• Ability to carry out basic maintenance tasks within the area and show the ability to carry out basic fault finding tasks on a Production Line
• Ability to assist in carrying out Basic Machine Changeovers on Production Lines
• Able to complete assignments in a timely manner
• To ensure that GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), Quality, Health and Safety are considered in all aspects of the role and escalated through the right channels where necessary
