Adecco are hiring for our prestigious American technology client - one of the worlds largest aerospace and defence companies.

Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Banbury

Duration: 6 Months

Pay: £14.55 p/h - Night shift premium of 26.5% would take up to £18.41ph - Initially training on double days which would be £16.66ph.

Hours: Double day shifts are 6am - 14.00pm / 14.00pm - 10.00pm

The Role:

Perform general assembly operations within a highly process contained facility producing internal parts for the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to process at all times
  • Able to follow Standard Operating Procedures
  • Ensure high level of 7S Workplace organisation within the manufacturing cell
  • Operate machinery within the manufacturing cell

Skills and Experience:

  • Good communication skills
  • CNC Experience - Desirable
  • TPM procedures
  • Assembly and manufacturing experience - essential
  • Adherence to process and procedures - essential
  • Awareness of continuous improvement activities
