Production Operative
Location: Kidderminster
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00am - 16:30pm
Pay: From £11.70p/h
Contract: Temp - Perm
Pertemps are currently recruiting for Production Operatives for our client based in Kidderminster. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have previous experience in a similar role.
The Duties of a Production Operative:
- Assemble product according to production specifications
- Operating machinery and tools safely and efficiently
- Disassemble products to assess the condition and identify areas for repair.
- Clean, repair, and replace parts as necessary
- Conducting quality checks
- Assist in the packing and preparation of finished product
The Requirements of a Production Operative:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- This role is physically demanding, must be able to perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to work in a hot and loud environment
