Production Operative

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Operative to join my client, based in Kent.

The Production Operative based in Kent will report into the Assembly Line Manager and will assemble simple and complex Mechanical / Electro Mechanical components in association with Engineering drawings and written / verbal instructions as directed by the Line Manager and in accordance with company procedures and policies.

-Main duties & responsibilities:

1. Complete tasks in a safe working manner and in line with the company H/S policies.
2. Fully competent in the safe use and application with various hand / bench tools.
3. Attend any training courses required by the company.
4. Full appreciation and understanding of Engineering drawings and work instructions.
5. Quality focused at all levels in Mechanical / Electro Mechanical assembly tasks.
6. Undertake verbal instructions from team members as well as Line Manager

The successful Production Operative, based in Kent will have experience in relevant roles, to assemble simple and complex mechanical / Electro Mechanical parts together with high focus on quality.

***This client operates a 9 day fortnight (every other Friday is a non-working day)***
