Adecco Northumberland are looking to recruit a Production Operative for their client based in Cramlington on a temporary to permanent basis. This is working day shift only Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and tools to produce high-quality products.
  • Follow detailed production plans and blueprints to ensure precision and accuracy.
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work space to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a production operative.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
