As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating machinery and equipment according to set standards and guidelines
• Ensuring the efficient and smooth running of production processes
• Monitoring product quality and conducting regular quality checks
• Following health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborating with team members to meet production targets
• Assisting with the packing and handling of products

Location: Queenborough, Swale

Salary: £11.44 to £12.94 per hour

Working Pattern: Full Time fixed shifts, either 6am - 2:30pm, 2:30pm - 11:00pm or 10:00pm - 6:00am

Contract Length: Temporary with the opportunity for permanent employment
