A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work as a semi-skilled/skilled Production Operative for our Client in Enfield.

Working primarily within the factory environment the position is a full time, temporary role which may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate, subject to time keeping, performance and attitude

The shifts are Monday to Friday, 6.00am to 3.00pm, 3.00pm to 11.00pm, or 11pm to 6am.

The production team is vital to the business, not everything can be done by machinery and that's where you come in!

The typical day of a factory operative involves working as part of a team to all achieve a common goal working closely with the Head of Production and Quality Control to achieve the best you can and supply the customer with the standard of product they require. Tasks can vary within the business such as in feeding and topping a product, feeding the product through a flow wrapper and disposing of waste all using a clean as you go process.

The role is an entry-level position within the business. Full training will be provided, but previous warehouse or food safety experience would be an advantage.

There is a real chance of progression within the business for a self-driven individual, it is a platform to build a solid work history with an up and coming company who pride themselves on giving people a chance to reach their potential.
