At STEM Recruitment Solutions we are working with our client who are looking to recruit a Production Operative based in East Kilbride.

This is a temporary ongoing role operating on a dayshift and and backshift rotation, that may have the opportunity to move into a permanent role with the company.

Job Summary:
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for assembling and manufacturing products in line with GMP. This is a production role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate manufacturing machinery.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the production process

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with a regulated manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
