ROLE: Manufacturing Operative

HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Thursday 0600-1430 And Friday 0600-1200

BASIC SALARY - £12.00 PER HOUR. Overtime paid at £18.00 PER HOUR after 38 hours worked and on Saturdays. £18.00 PER HOUR on Sundays it is double time £24

Impact recruitment are recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative in Wellingborough; the role will initially be on a temporary contract with the view to go permanent for the right candidate.

The company are experiencing a vast amount of growth in 2022 which in turn has presented this exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated individual to join the team.

To be a success in this role, you must be:

  • Fit and happy to do physical work at times
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines
  • Be able to work independently or as part of a team

In this Manufacturing Operative role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assembling steel components
  • Cleaning parts of the production area
  • Using various power/hand tools and Machinery
  • Working in a safe manner and adhering to all health and safety standard
