Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our company based in Trowbridge who are actively looking to recruit a Production Operative to join the team on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

Working with a leading manufacturing company, who really value their employee's contribution to the company's success.

  • You will undertake production activities as required to meet the needs of your internal and external customers.
  • Seek to continuously improve the production processes to extend efficiency, quality and meet the changing needs of the business.
  • Sustain a high standard of housekeeping/maintenance to ensure efficiency.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety practices as determined by the needs of the business and legislation.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous experience within a similar production environment.
  • Attainment of 4 GCSE's (inc. English and Maths) at grade C or above (desirable) or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What you will receive in return:

  • £23,200 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 39 hours per week
