As a key player in our Banbury-based organisation, you will contribute to the production of high-quality aerospace components that push boundaries and shape the future of air travel.

Summary:

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Banbury
• Pay Rate: £14.55 plus shift allowance
• Hours: Double days (Rotational) - 06:00-14:00 /14:00-22:00

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of tasks related to the production process, including assembly, inspection, and testing of aerospace components.
• Operate machinery and equipment, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise production efficiency and workflow.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment used in production operations.
