Production Operative

We are based in the Corby area and are looking for several Production Operatives to join our growing team. Successful candidates will start on a 12-week training programme, of which will lead to a permanent position upon successful completion.

Duties of a Food Production Operative include:

• Working efficiency on the production line
• Quality checking to ensure that products are of a high standard
• Working as a team to meet production targets
• Following health and safety guidelines
• Keeping your work area clean and tidy

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not essential
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Resilience and positive mindset

Rotating shift pattern:

• 4 days on, 4 days off between days and nights (6:00 am - 6:00 pm and 6:00 pm - 6:00 am)
