Production Operative/Print Minder - High Wycombe - Full time, Permanent - £21,000 to £22,000 per annum!

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Production Operative/Print Minder to join a well-established printing business that has been running for over 100 years in High Wycombe! This role offers full training and fantastic career progression!

Main duties: 

• Operate print machines
• Receive files from account managers and automated systems, set up machines for printing of the documents.
• Ensure quality of printed documents
• Assist with other print finishing as required

Requirements:

• Experience of operating print machines would be ideal but full training will be provided
• Experience of working in a printing company is ideal but experience of factory working environment will be important

Job details:

• 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some flexibility on hours
• Weekday overtime available based on workloads
• Possibility of weekend overtime
• 23 days holiday plus bank
• Auto enrolment pension scheme
• Death in service
