We are recruiting a Factory Operative to work within an Engineering Company on a part-time basis. You will ideally be from a manufacturing background, have attention to detail, with clear legible handwriting.

You will be responsible for the marking of the manufactured parts, ensuring products are correctly labelled using etching tools to enable the identification of the castings.

Main duties include

  • Marking castings using a compressed air vibro-etching tool.
  • Reporting any issues to team leaders.
  • Ensuring the work area is clean and tidy.
  • Legible hand writing

You will be working 30 hours per week Monday-Friday 8.30am-2.30pm.

The hourly pay rate is £11.59 per hour.

Ideally have previous factory/ manufacturing experience, however full training will be provided.

The company also offers overtime at an enhanced rate and there are opportunities for career advancement.
