Production Operative - Early shift pattern

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to join the team in Bicester. While this role will be to work predominantly on the early shift from 6am - 2:30pm, you must be flexible and adaptable to work the occasional late/night shifts when the need arises.

The purpose of the role

Is to to ensure the production machines are stocked & operated correctly in order to produce high quality products & keep our production lines moving!

The daily responsibilities will include

• Ensure the Production machines are stocked & operated correctly to ensure our Production lines run smoothly
• Collaborate closely with Quality Control and book finished goods into the internal system for each completed pallet
• Ensure accurate completion of all data documentation
• Co-operate with the Technical team to convey information relating the machine performance
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Service to ensure the internal flow of material is maintained
• Assist with any adhoc duties requested by the line manager
• Continuously ensure good housekeeping is maintained

To be successful in the role you will;

• Have previous experience within an Automated Serial Production environment or Machine Minding
• You must be flexible to work additional late / night shifts when required
• Be computer literate & have great communication skills
• Be a collaborative team player with the ability to communicate at all levels possess a "can do"! attitude
