Job Role: Production Manager
Location: Rotherham
Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:30am until 17:00pm
Salary: Salary between £60,000 - £62,000 per annum DOE

Metalis are working in partnership with a busy Engineering & Manufacturing business in Rotherham, who due to continuous growth are looking to hire an experienced Production Manager on a permanent basis. Must have Glass Manufacturing experience.

Brief Overview of Duties:

  • Managing Production
  • Working closely with Factory Manager to achieve production targets
  • Producing daily/weekly efficiencies with the aim of achieving standards
  • Involvement on machinery
  • Liaising with various departments and teams
  • Participating in senior meetings
  • Involvement with all management
  • Producing weekly summaries of production
  • Involvement with Health and Safety - Updating risk assessments, manual handling, updating JSI's, accident investigations, recommending improvements
  • Monitoring Shift Production Supervisors process control sheets
  • Monitoring absences and performing disciplinaries and grievances
  • Producing monthly reports
  • Identifying cost savings
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested within skill set



Salary & Shifts:

  • Monday to Friday, Regular Days
  • Salary £60,000 - £62,000 per annum
  • Permanent Role
