Due to continued growth, a Production Manager is required in this niche market of Zone 1 engine conversions, being responsible for Production and Assembly, Safety, Quality, Lead time, On Time Delivery, Cost and Competitiveness, Flame Non-Transmission Testing (TNT) as well as providing exceptional leadership.

With previous experience as a Production Manager, you will have managed a production or manufacturing business, preferably in engineering, ideally oil and gas or materials handling, be experienced in low volume high end engineered to order, with a proven track record of productivity and process improvements, along with project management experience.

Essential:

  • Proven track record of productivity and process improvements
  • Experience implementing continuous improvement tools
  • Project Management
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Strong motivational leadership skills

Desirable:

  • A qualification in Engineering or a related field
  • Electronic manufacturing experience
  • ERP system use
