In this position, you will find yourself responsible for a section of the factory and in control of all the output going through this side of the operation. Your experience in food production will be essential as you communicate with many other departments in order to keep everything running.

This business is synonymous with high standards and premium customers, which they will expect you to maintain and enhance. You will find yourself with a large team to manage and ensure they are following all necessary procedures.

What will you need?

• Experience of management within an operational role in fmcg/food industry
• Ability to inspire & lead a large team
• Awareness of relevant food safety, health & safety and other legislation
• Availability to work on site in the shift pattern required
