Client Summary:
Established in the 1990s within the backdrop of a working farm, the company is beautifully placed within the woods and fields of Nottinghamshire. They specialise in the custom modification of farming equipment and the maintenance of agricultural vehicles, earning notable recognition through features in several television programs. As they continue to evolve and expand, they are looking for a passionate and skilled Production Manager to join the team.

Position summary:
As our Production Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of several professionals in the servicing and mechanical assembly of new agricultural/groundcare vehicles. This pivotal role involves coordinating the intake of vehicles and liaising with our engineering departments to ensure seamless operations. You will oversee vehicle delivery, manage operational processes, and contribute to our engineering efforts, playing a key role in the continued success and growth of our business.

Person Profile / Experience:
Essential:
* Proven experience in a management or supervisory role.
* A strong background in mechanical assembly or engineering.
* A consistent employment history demonstrating reliability and dedication.
* Must be able to drive.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* IT literate.

Desirable:
* Previous experience in recreational/agricultural/groundcare vehicles, though not essential.
* An Engineering qualification, while not essential, would be advantageous.
