Based within one of the UK’s leading FMCG manufacturing groups my client is looking to recruit an experienced maintenance engineer to add to their existing team. The company is extremely secure having been established for over 200 years and currently being listed the London Stock Exchange, they are second to none in their chosen area of manufacturing expertise.

The Role

You will have experience managing a production team working within high speed automated environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience of driving the change and continuous improvement within an automated high speed manufacturing environment and the ability to work within a team or autonomously as required.You will also have a strong ability to manage and lead projects with a full life cycle within the factory arena, utilising modern manufacturing techniques around Lean manufacturing principles.Longer term opportunities are also available within this instantly recognisable group to progress your career, as there will be a chance to push yourself with on going training and development.
