Production Manager

I am delighted to be supporting a growing engineering business with the appointment of a Production Manager to lead their production, manufacturing and engineering facility.

This role, which forms part of the management team for the UK operation, is a key role in their plans to evolve into a forward-thinking and progressive manufacturing business and will lead and develop the production and manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for ensuring production milestones are met inline with production, working closely with the Site Director and Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement a robust production plant through collaboration and effective leadership. You will have exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to develop effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You will lead by example and have a proven track record working within complex engineering businesses delivering complex, large engineered products.

To succeed in this role, you will be a proven leader with a strong track record working within engineering/manufacturing environments. You will have experience working to project milestones and have experience managing relationships at all levels. With a strong educational background, ideally to at least a degree level within a relevant engineering field, you will be able to influence and drive change.
