Production Manager

Our client are an industry leading manufacturing business currently looking to recruit an experienced Production Manager to join their team.

Key Duties:

• Oversee the manufacturing operations.
• Be capable of analysing technical issues and liaising with overseas team to solve any issues.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to coordinate production schedules and meet customer demands.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required:

• Certification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ideally have experience in some sort of consumer electronic product.
• Proven experience in manufacturing management or a similar role.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

The Package:

• £40,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
