Are you an expert in the production of PCR reagents within the healthcare industry? Are you up for a challenge?
We are currently looking for a talented individual to join the operations department of a healthcare company close to Bath. You will play a key role in achieving production goals for PCR reagents and therefore will have a background with this experience.
As the Production Manager you will lead and manage the small efficient production team and be part of the staff selection process for a growing team. It will be your responsibility to manage production quality tasks, including Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA), Non-Conformances (NCs), and Supplier Corrective Actions (SCARs) and you will also lead IQ/OQ of new equipment and implement equipment maintenance and calibration procedures.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience of formulated reagents.
- BSc in a relevant scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
- Proven line management experience in a production team.
