Are you a Production Manager, Team Leader or similar with Injection Moulding experience looking for a role within a globally recognised manufacturing giant, where you will be responsible for a rotation of 3 shifts and report directly to the hiring manager?

In this role you will be a crucial member of this high-tech manufacturing facility, responsible for a team of highly skilled engineers and operatives. This role heavily relies on your people management skills and technical proficiency to improve team productivity. You will be responsible for budget, scheduling hours, upholding quality standards and managing Health and Safety.

• Manage the success of team members
• Upholding quality standards for the Moulding department
• Managing Health and Safety
• Ensuring shift cycle times and production targets are met

The Person:

• Injection Moulding background
• Previous managerial experience
• IOSH Trained
