Production Finance Supervisor

CPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a leading Media organisation to appoint a Production Finance Supervisor to provide Production Administration account and cost management support to the team, specifically supporting the Creative Operations and Marketing division.

The Production Finance Supervisor will have strong working knowledge of Coupa & SAP systems (Accounts Payable), familiarity with Production/Marketing budgets and the ability to create financial documentation appropriate for business needs.

This is a great opportunity to work with a renowned and well-known media brand, supporting Production Finance for a number of well recognised brands.

Role Requirements

Accounting and Reporting

* Assisting with effective cost management & co-management of creative production budgets / non media across 3x workstreams
* Providing regular cost reports and up to date forecasts
* Accurate tracking throughout the project life cycle, alongside the Project Manager
* Prepare cost reports and quarter close, supporting the Director
* Track local market recharge process into regional budget
* Review and track external quotes from agency
* Analyse 3rd party production + localisation budgets for cost effectiveness
* Prepare competitive bid forms to comply with Procurement policy

Budget and Forecasting

* Assisting Creative Operations and the wider Marketing team with assessment of the production budgets
* Be responsible for reflecting correct forecast information in company accounting systems
* Provide quarterly forecasts and year end close reports to UK / EMEA finance teams

Cost Management
* Monitor, control and manage actual expenditure against set budget
* Work with Production management to update cost monitors
* Be responsible for reflecting the budget accurately and correctly on the system and for adding the working forecast correctly on company accounting systems (SAP/Coupa)

Controls and Compliance

* Liaise with procurement and finance as appropriate.

Required Skills & Experience

* SAP / Coupa management system experience
* Ability to create financial documents appropriate to business needs
* Familiarity with production budgets
* Knowledge and understanding of production finance and budgeting
* Experience with SAP/Coupa - Accounts Payable
* Highly organised & capable of handling multiple tasks in a timely manner
