Overview of the Role:

• Develop prototypes for new designs, overseeing component procurement, assembly, and testing.
• Provide support to the production team by offering design documentation.
• Drive improvements in manufacturing processes to enhance quality, reduce lead time, and cut costs.
• Offer technical support in resolving process-related challenges.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of Engineering Materials.
• Familiarity with mechanical manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in using CAD software for designing precision assemblies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a systematic approach.
