We have an exciting opportunity to work with a forward thinking and dynamic company within manufacturing and electronics, they are looked to add to their already successful production and manufacturing department. As a Production Engineer you will play an integral part in the manufacturing process from design to delivery.

Salary : Competitive and plus bonus scheme

Hours : Monday to Friday 0900-1700 plus overtime available

Benefits : Pension scheme, Life insurance, 33 days holiday, on site free parking, overtime available

The main day to day responsibilities:

  • Programming jobs from drawings
  • Assisting with fixture concept design
  • Problem Solving and continuous improvement
  • Liaising with maintenance & contractors
  • Assist with selection of new machine tools and equipment
  • Assist Production when required
  • Fixture manufacture
  • Selection of tooling
  • Proving out jobs

This amazing company will look to recruit candidates with the following;

  • Apprentice trained or HNC qualified
  • Experience with CNC milling and turning
  • NC and Macro programming
  • Renishaw probing
