Job Description
- Be the first point of contact for all technical queries for a global customer base
- Offering technical support via phone, email and video calls
- Fault diagnosis for electrical and mechanical issues
- Keep all details up to date using data and document management tools
- Review and update product manuals, datasheets and bills of materials.
Product Support Specialist
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- In depth experience working in a Product Support role or similar
- Electrical knowledge (PLC operated machines, wiring panelling)
- Previously worked within a manufacturing environment
- Full current driving license, with a car
