Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging tutorial videos using screen recordings and AI voiceovers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote the product effectively.
  • Bug test the platform and mobile apps to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Write comprehensive software documentation to assist users.
  • Assist customers and provide basic support, guiding them through the platform.
  • Keep the product changelog up to date, contributing to its continuous improvement.
  • Work on website content to enhance the user experience.
  • Contribute to shaping the future development of the product.

To excel in this role, you should possess an energetic and proactive attitude. Being highly organised and self-motivated is crucial as you will have the opportunity to run your day the way you want.

Our client is looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year of previous work experience. While a technical background is not mandatory, you should have the willingness to learn and thrive in a technical product environment. Don't worry if you lack a technical degree; our client values bright minds and a passion for gaining knowledge.
