Our client uses the Power Platform and Dynamics CRM as their core tech stack across business domains. They currently have a requirement to improve the user journey for both Finance (Procurement) and HR (Recruitment). A Business Analyst has captured the requirements for this and now require a contract Product Owner to oversee the implementation of the solution(s).

The Technical Product Owner will work closely with the business and the Solutions Architect to convert the requirements into technical specifications and then manage the pipeline development work (Jira) through to Testing and then UAT. A technical mindset would be of value to help the SA with the solution. They work to an informal Agile approach so this person will need to work hybrid Waterfall/Agile. The position will also require trips to Exeter every week for the first month then can be fully remote thereafter.

Experience:

  • Experienced Product Owner
  • Work with Jira for pipelines
  • Work with BA's, Solutions Architect and Business to map out customer journey through products (technology)
  • Agile and Waterfall experience
  • Technical background helpful to support the Solution Architect with the solution.
  • Experience of any of the following (HR Products and ideally Recruitment, Finance and ideally Procurement/Purchasing and Power Platform/D365 CRM) useful
  • Outside IR35
  • Work in Exeter 2 days per week first month then remote thereafter.
