Product Marketing Manager – Sutton in Ashfield - £50,000 - £55000

Chase & Holland are excited to be with an innovative business who are currently going through a strong period of growth and are looking to recruit a Product Marketing Manager to join their friendly team. Reporting to the Sales Director. This is a fantastic opportunity and will suit someone who has excellent experience in a similar role along with a positive, proactive approach. You will be joining a market leading organisation who has an excellent reputation in their field.

Responsibilities of the Product Marketing Manager:
  • Providing strong commercial ownership and leadership around the product offer
  • Proposing and defining NPD strategy to allow targeting of key chosen market segments
  • Ensuring profitable growth of the existing product offer
  • Development of a Marketing plan for the products supported aligned to the needs of customers within chosen market segments
  • Creating and deploying marketing plans for the current product offers
  • Planning launches of new products and releases of existing products
  • Managing the cross functional implementation plan
  • Engaging with the customer base through joint sales visits with the home and international sales teams

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in a Marketing Manager role
  • Proficient user of networking tools, digital marketing, and social media
  • Must be a confident presenter, comfortable in front of large, senior groups and possess strong writing skills
  • Excellent people management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties
