My large client in the Retail sector is currently recruiting for a Product Manager to join their Allocation Product Team to assist with the alignment of IT delivery and business strategy. Relationships with business partners and stakeholders will be key to ensure strategic growth inline with business initiative.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Working with global stakeholders to ensure that IT investments and business strategy are aligned
- Coordinating with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyse and provide solutions which can be broken down into features and epics
- Maintaining a prioritised portfolio and programme Kanban backlog, prioritising these features and epics where necessary
To be a success in the role you will have:
- Previous experience as a Product Manager in a retail background
- Experience in a SAFe environment
- Strong stakeholder management including technical teams and business partners
- Experience with Lean Portfolio Management
- Feature and roadmap development
- Exceptional communication
