Product Manager - Mortgages & Savings

Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day management, customer journeys, and product life cycles for savings and mortgage products.

• Support the HoP&M in interest rate scenario planning.
• Collaborate with the Finance Team to review product pricing and contribute to financial forecasts.
• Work with the Change Management Team to ensure IT systems support product development.
• Fulfill any other duties as assigned by the Head of Products & Marketing.
• Ensure the security, accuracy, and appropriate use of staff and members' data in compliance with GDPR policy and standards.
• Adhere to the Society's Financial Crime Policy, reporting any incidents of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime.

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent knowledge of MCOBS, BCOBS, and ISA regulations within UK financial services.
• Flexible approach with strong teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Financial Promotions regulations.
• Positive and professional attitude with self-motivation and initiative.
• Ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
• Experience in retail deposit and mortgage product development and management preferred.
• Strong communication and IT skills.
• Ability to act in good faith towards retail customers and support them in achieving their financial objectives.

Person Specification:Essential:

• 3 A levels grades A-C.
• Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication skills.
