Location: UK - Homebased
Salary: £49,500 - £60,500 per annum, DOE

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Innovation and Strategy team to support the development of established offerings and bring to market new offerings, supporting our high-reaching growth plans.

This will include taking ownership for several real-world data (RWD) products as well as helping to implement product management best practices across the function.

As our Product Manager your responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

  • Develop, implement and be accountable for the Real-World Evidence (RWE) and Market Insights portfolio, which includes our headline products, Quantis and Specialist Share Data (SSD).
  • Articulate a vision, differentiation and strategy, aligning a diverse multifunctional team alongside the vision to deliver product growth.
  • Own each product and its strategy to achieve business goals, with a view to develop the portfolio.
  • Ensure the execution of strategy is followed through, on time, in budget and to the product specification against their product strategy.
  • Manage licensing and compliance around governed datasets, such as HES data.
  • Proactively identify new & promising ideas, technologies, methodologies, understand customer & market needs, and conduct competitor & customer analysis.
  • Innovate, lead and launch new products and enhancements, discontinuing existing products at end of life.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, building strong relationships across the business.
  • Develop strategic partnerships on an ongoing basis.
  • Play an influential part in the selection of the right talent and lead the development and delivery of coaching and mentoring capability within a team of great product managers and directors.
  • Measure in-market metrics for a product, and research into assessment of new opportunities to give an insightful view into growth opportunities for the portfolio.
  • Develop materials to support wider teams sell and grow the products.

In order to be successful in this role you must have:

  • Experience managing real world data products, preferably for the pharmaceutical, life science or wider healthcare markets.
  • A consistent record of successfully leading product roadmaps and experience working with and creating strategy around real world data.
  • Ability to articulate a vision & strategy for a product, with great communication and team ethos to work collaboratively with other teams to deliver product growth and customer excellence.
  • An understanding of compliance/governance surrounding data and its reuse.
  • Identifying user segments, stories and pain points to appropriately message and position for different markets.
  • Demonstrating a growth mindset with a focus on customer happiness and appreciation for multifunctional stakeholder teams.

It would be great if you had:

  • Experience of products in entry, growth and maturity and the different strategies employed alongside these.
  • Experience of integrating/use of AI or other advanced technologies alongside data to enhance offerings.
  • Successful development/launch of new features, products and developments alongside the wider product strategy.
  • Contribution to the wider product strategy and innovation team activities.
  • Experience in B2B markets in general, and pharmaceutical or professional services.
