An experienced Product Manager for our Dermatology Category with at least 3 years of product management experience is needed to join our team at Zoetis, the world's leading animal health company based in Surrey, on a full-time basis.

The Product Manager's role oversees the marketing strategy, planning, and execution alongside business tools/services supporting the overall category and brand growth. The role reports to the CA Marketing and is a member of the CA marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the tactical and commercial plans aligned to the assigned A&P budget whilst measuring against a robust ROI assessment process
  • Use market intelligence and business planning tools to continuously develop, review and revise an inventory forecast, working closely with the demand planning team to meet and exceed forecast accuracy targets
  • Determine and agree with Business Unit and Commercial Operations leaders on the appropriate pricing structure to maximise sales and profitability. Consider value-based pricing, market conditions and Account Manager flexibility
  • Lead on the delivery of the commercial and promotional messaging, tactical planning, B2B and B2C marketing, digital marketing/omnichannel engagement for the portfolio
  • Work cross-functionally across the organisation to deliver these plans utilising the sales force in co-ordination with digital channels to maximise revenue growth to deliver and exceed business targets
  • Create campaigns that allow marketing messages and product information to be easily translatable into the context of the solution-selling model
  • Use historical data and market intelligence to accurately predict short-term and longer-term forecasting parameters for new and existing product lines
  • Convert marketing financial planning into dynamic manufacturing forecasting, integrating market trends and new opportunities with excellence in financial acumen
  • Develop ways of using customer intelligence and data to enhance the targeting of campaigns and use data to predict outcomes
  • Lead marketing with a digital-first approach and develop digital strategies to engage customers across the breadth of our portfolio
  • Build on existing CPD and E-commerce platforms to develop a complete customer journey leading to enhanced engagement and customer value

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years' experience in a previous product management / marketing role, with a high achieving proven track record of developing brand strategy and implementation of successful tactical campaigns both through traditional and digital marketing platforms
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Graduate/ Post-grad Digital Marketing credentials
  • High level of competence and passion in digital marketing and desire to contribute to an industry-leading strategy
  • Strong financial analysis skills and proven ability in annual financial marketing planning and demand forecasting with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in developing direct-to-customer strategies deployed through a B2B2C or D2C business model in a consumer (retail / professional) consumer healthcare or FMCG industry sector
  • Excellent project management experience; strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; strong negotiation/persuasion skills
