Key Activities

  • Work in partnership with the business to prioritise the product pipeline of work.

  • Leading product launches, share class launches, changes, restructures and the ongoing product management of the product range working with the Head of Product

  • Ensure that the range is fit for purpose and that fund documentation remains up to date and consistent with the regulatory environment

  • Support the planning and project management of initiatives working closely with relevant departments including Distribution; Legal; Compliance; Operations; Risk etc

  • Ensure that product work is conducted in line with regulatory requirements and the firm’s required areas of product suitability, product governance and treating customers fairly.

  • Ongoing proactive review of industry and regulatory developments, with the associated project management and implementation

  • Help with the ongoing management of the Assessment of Value and Consumer Duty.

  • Prepare management information for senior management on product management initiatives.

  • Management of internal product databases and ensure the accuracy of information.

  • Analyse regulatory and tax changes and implications. 

Experience

  • Degree level, and good academics
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory framework of UCITS funds
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at the same time, and prioritise appropriately
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Good working knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
