Our well-established client is currently recruiting for a Product Compliance & Approvals Coordinator to join their team in Hixon. The main function of the role is to create and co-ordinate WRAS, TMV2, TMV3 application and certifications where required and maintain these approvals. Liaise with appropriate laboratories, account managers, engineers and internal / external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely completion of necessary approvals.

Main Duties:

  • WRAS, TMV2 and TMV3 approvals and certification
  • Ensure all WRAS, TMV2 and TMV3 certification remains valid according to business requirements
  • Ensure company and product compliance to relevant legislation, regulations and directives
  • Technical assistance to external and internal customers within the Washroom, Bathroom, Plumbing and Heating and Solar markets
  • Carry out appropriate cost re-charges according to supplier agreements
  • Provide effective communication across the business
  • Ensure effective team working within the department
  • Ensure an effective contribution to the continual improvement process
  • Ensure compliance with company Health and Safety policy and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all other company policies and procedures

Qualifications, Education & Experience:

  • Good standard of education within a technical subject
  • Relevant industry / Plumbing / Heating background beneficial
  • Knowledge of HWS / CWS preferable
  • Proven record of a similar role within a proactive Technical or Customer Support Team advantageous
